Zenith is operated by Giorgos Petrou, Cyprus.
Your Account
You're responsible for your account security and activity. Don't share credentials.
Subscription & Payment
- Free: 50 items/month, 3 default lists
- Pro: $3.99/month, 500 items/month, 4 lists total
- Billing handled by App Store/Google Play
- Refunds follow App Store/Google Play policies
- Cancel anytime through your platform subscription settings
Your Content
You own your tasks. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and sync them. Don't add illegal content.
Service Availability
The app is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features anytime.
Prohibited Use
Don't:
- Reverse engineer the app
- Abuse or overload the service
- Use it for illegal purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access
Intellectual Property
Zenith, its design, and code belong to Giorgos Petrou. You get a license to use the app, not own it.
Termination
We can suspend or delete your account for violating these terms. You can delete your account anytime by contacting [email protected].
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages from using the app.
Liability Limit
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (max $47.88 for Pro users).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Cyprus law. Disputes are subject to Cyprus courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
